1. Platform Usage
By accessing Frostixs, you agree to utilize the platform solely for event discovery, ticketing, attendance management, and QR verification. Any attempt to reverse-engineer QR signatures or bypass access controls will result in immediate termination of your account and permanent blacklisting from the platform.
2. Organizer Responsibilities
Event Organizers are entirely responsible for the fulfillment, safety, and legality of the events they publish on Frostixs. Frostixs acts purely as a technology and ticketing facilitator. We assume no liability for canceled, delayed, or misrepresented events, nor for any physical incidents occurring at the venue.
3. Ticketing & Refunds
All ticket sales are considered final unless explicitly stated otherwise by the Event Organizer. Because Frostixs directly routes ticketing funds to the organizer's connected accounts in real-time, Frostixs cannot unilaterally issue refunds for completed transactions. All refund disputes must be resolved directly with the event host.
